• Contact details you send through our forms, WhatsApp, email or social media: name, company, country, phone/WhatsApp number and email address.
• Order details such as products, quantities, shipping address and payment confirmation.
• Basic website usage data (for example pages visited) collected by standard analytics tools.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiries, prepare quotations and process orders.
• To arrange shipping and send tracking information.
• To send product updates if you have agreed to receive them – you can opt out at any time.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share what is necessary with service providers who help us operate, such as shipping carriers and payment providers.

2Order & payment

How ordering works

1. Enquiry & quotation: tell us the products, lengths, colours and quantities you need. We send a quotation in USD.
2. Confirmation: once you approve the quotation (and samples, if requested), we issue a proforma invoice with final prices, shipping cost and timeline.
3. Payment: pay the invoice using one of the accepted methods below.
4. Preparation / production: we prepare or produce your order after payment is confirmed.

Prices & deposits

All prices are quoted in US dollars (USD). For large or custom (OEM/ODM) orders, a deposit may be required before production starts; the deposit amount and balance terms are stated on each proforma invoice. Bank or transfer fees are paid by the sender unless agreed otherwise.

3Shipping & delivery

Preparation time

Ready-stock orders are usually prepared within 3–5 days after payment confirmation. Lead times for custom colours, private label or large volumes are confirmed individually for each order.

Carriers

We ship worldwide by international express couriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS, or by air/sea freight for larger shipments. The best option is recommended based on your destination, order size and budget.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Duties & taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged to the buyer.

4Returns & exchanges

We want you to be happy with every order. If there is a problem, please contact us within [X] days of receiving your parcel.

How to report an issue

• Send your order number with clear photos and/or video showing the issue.
• Keep the hair in its original condition and packaging until our team has reviewed the case.

Conditions

• Hair must be unused, unwashed, uncut, uncoloured and not chemically treated.
• Custom products (custom colours, private-label or made-to-order items) can only be returned or exchanged if they do not match the approved specification or sample.
• Return shipping costs are agreed case by case depending on the reason for the return.

Resolution

After reviewing your case, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, exchange, credit on your next order or refund.

5Quality guarantee

• 100% human Remy hair – no synthetic fibres or animal hair mixed in.
• Cuticle-aligned hair, carefully sorted for softness, strength and length.
• Consistent with your approved sample in grade, colour, length and construction.
• Checked before dispatch – weight, labels and packing are inspected for every order.
