Use sulphate-free shampoo and lukewarm water, washing from top to ends without rubbing.
Condition
Apply conditioner mid-length to ends; keep it away from tapes, bonds and wefts.
Limit heat
Always use heat protectant and keep styling tools below about 180°C.
Store properly
Brush out, dry fully and keep in a breathable bag away from sunlight and humidity.
Sleep smart
Never sleep with wet hair; tie in a loose braid and use a silk or satin pillowcase.

How long does the hair last?
With proper care, quality human hair can be reused and restyled many times. Lifespan depends on the product type, how it is applied and how it is cared for.
How can I tell it is real human hair?
A simple burn test helps: human hair burns slowly with a smell like burnt hair and turns to fine ash, while synthetic fibre melts into hard beads. Our hair is 100% human hair – no synthetic or mixed fibres.
